Tadaaa! It’s a Kit Kat Jar. Not exactly a kit kat flavor but still worth posting about.
As you know, vending machines are one of the things that makes Japan, well, Japan. You can get everything from them (yes, I do mean everything). From drinks, food, cigars and up to something as bizarre as dirty girl’s underwear (yes look it up).
So here, they found a way to dispense kit kat from a vending machine for all to eat: The Kit Kat Jar
Contains 4 individually wrapped kit kat. No need to go to the convenience store or grocery or wherever when you need to. Just go to the nearest vending machine (and… hopefully it has one). I’ve seen one, and I really thought it was a kit kat drink. ^^
Bad news though is it just comes in its original flavor. Still, given the option is good enough.

Okay fine. So it’s not a Kit Kat flavor. It’s a Kit Kat ummm… product anyway.
They’re two of these actually. Chocolate ice cream and vanilla ice cream. Both are coated in chocolate, topped with peanuts and wrapped inside a chocolate-tipped wafer cone.
Sounds ordinary right? Well the surprise comes when you take a bite off the top of the ice cream. A stick of kit kat is sludge there like a spine in the human skeletal system. LOL!
It’s good actually. The chocolate one’s a bit too chocolatey but if you like it that way then it’s all good.

I’ll start with the taste. It’s sweet (like what else is new) with a hint of lemon but not sour at all. This is one of the plainer ones and probably had come out a couple of times before.
In Japan, the 4 Kit Kat bars in a box is actually packed into 2 packs each with 2 bars in it. This one’s released before Valentine’s Day so you’re actually meant to share this one. You eat 1 pack in the box then remake the box for the remaining 2 bars and write a note inside the flap. Instructions are written at the back of the box (image 2). Voila! Instant gift.
Now, I wonder if giving lemon-flavored Kit Kat is actually a gift or a gag. What those Kit Kat guys are thinking will always remain a mystery to me.

Spring is officially here in Japan.
Nestle came with these nifty coffee and Kit Kat packs:
The Kit Kats here are nothing special. Tastes like all the other strawberry flavored Kit Kat that had ever come out. Oh, and if you still don’t know that, well they taste like… uhhh.. strawberries. Like pink milk but a bit sweeter but not as sweet as strawberry candy. (Huwaaaattt?)
Well, it’s not a sweet as I’d expect. (Still a bit vague huh?)
